By downloading or using the Belly Escape app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

Use of the App

Belly Escape is a casual arcade game developed and owned by Ajitha. The app is designed to be played using tilt controls to dodge incoming obstacles.

Offline Nature: You acknowledge that the App can function offline. Game-related data (such as settings and high scores) may be stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, this local data may be permanently lost. Ajitha is not responsible for any data loss.

Device Sensors: The App relies on your device's motion sensors (for example, accelerometer) for tilt-based gameplay. Gameplay quality may vary depending on device hardware and system settings.

Fair Use: You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to cheat, exploit, interfere with gameplay, or access the App in an unauthorized way.

Intellectual Property

The App itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Ajitha. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

Device Performance and Compatibility

Belly Escape depends on your device's OS version, sensors, and performance to run smoothly. We are not liable if gameplay is affected by:

• Device performance limits or overheating.
• Battery saver / power optimization settings.
• Device manufacturer restrictions or sensor calibration issues.

Changes to This Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the App, and any service or material we provide on the App, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the App is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ajitha be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, resulting from your use of the Application.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
