Introduction

Mosquito Quest ("we," "our," or "us") is a mobile game developed by Ajitha (Individual Developer). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Mosquito Quest Android application ("Application" or "Game").

Mosquito Quest is an offline, single-player, cartoon platform-adventure game featuring levels, objectives, collectibles, household-themed tools, enemies, boss battles, and optional rewarded advertisements.

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Application.

Use of the Application

You may use Mosquito Quest for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You agree that you will not:

Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute the Application or any part of it.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to access the source code.
Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or other ownership information.
Use cheats, exploits, unauthorized tools, bots, or modified versions of the Application.
Use the Application for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
Attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or performance of the Application.

Game Content and Intellectual Property

All content in Mosquito Quest, including the game name, code, characters, artwork, graphics, animations, sounds, music, levels, story, weapons, enemies, bosses, user interface, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Ajitha (Individual Developer).

The Application and its content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Application for personal entertainment, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may not reproduce, publish, sell, license, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Game without our prior written permission.

Game Progress and Local Storage

Mosquito Quest may save game information locally on your device, including:

Coins.
Weapons and upgrades.
Completed areas.
Level progress.
Best scores.
Game settings.
Other locally stored gameplay information.

The Application does not require an account for normal gameplay. Your saved progress may be permanently lost if you uninstall the Application, clear its storage or app data, reset your device, change devices, or use software that removes local data.

We are not responsible for lost, corrupted, or unavailable game progress.

Virtual Items and Coins

Mosquito Quest may include virtual coins, points, weapons, upgrades, power-ups, extra lives, or other digital gameplay items.

These items:

Have no real-world monetary value.
Cannot be exchanged for money, goods, or services.
Cannot be transferred, sold, or traded outside the Game.
Do not represent legal tender or a cash balance.
May be changed, limited, removed, or discontinued at any time.

Virtual items are licensed to you for use inside the Game. They are not owned by you as physical or monetary property.

Mosquito Quest may display optional rewarded advertisements through third-party advertising services, including Unity Ads.

Rewarded advertisements may allow you to receive an in-game benefit, such as:

Continuing after your character is defeated.
Receiving additional coins.
Receiving another gameplay reward made available in the Game.

Watching advertisements is optional. An advertisement may fail to load or may be unavailable because of internet connectivity, device settings, geographic availability, advertising limits, or third-party service interruptions.

A reward will be granted only when the advertising service confirms that the advertisement was completed successfully. We cannot guarantee that every advertisement will load or that an advertisement will always be available.

Third-party advertisements are provided by independent advertising services. We do not control the content, accuracy, availability, or policies of third-party advertisements. Any interaction with an advertisement is subject to the terms and privacy policy of the relevant third party.

Internet and Third-Party Services

The core gameplay of Mosquito Quest is designed to work offline. An internet connection may be required for advertisements, in-app purchase verification, updates, or certain third-party services.

The Application may use third-party services that operate under their own terms and privacy policies. These services may change, become unavailable, or stop supporting certain devices or Application versions.

Our Privacy Policy explains how the Application and third-party services may handle information.

Updates and Changes

We may update Mosquito Quest from time to time to add features, improve performance, fix errors, change gameplay, update advertising services, or address security and compatibility requirements.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game, including levels, rewards, virtual items, advertisements, or in-app purchases, at any time.

These Terms & Conditions may also be updated when the Application or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Availability and Disclaimer

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that:

The Game will always be available.
The Game will be compatible with every Android device.
The Game will operate without interruptions or errors.
Game progress will always be preserved.
Advertisements or rewards will always be available.
Defects or technical problems will always be corrected immediately.

Mosquito Quest is an entertainment game. It is not a mosquito-control product, medical application, health application, or substitute for professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ajitha (Individual Developer) will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar loss arising from or related to your use of the Application.

This includes, without limitation, loss of game progress, loss of virtual items, device problems, inability to access the Game, third-party advertising issues, interrupted services, or in-app purchase-related issues.

Nothing in these Terms limits any legal rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Suspension or Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access to the Application if you violate these Terms & Conditions, misuse the Application, use unauthorized modifications, or engage in activity that may harm the Game or its users.

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end. Provisions relating to intellectual property, virtual items, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and applicable law will continue to apply where permitted by law.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Application will be handled by the courts or appropriate authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law.
