1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the Avan Resume app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. Use of the App

Avan Resume is a productivity tool developed and owned by Ajitha. The app is designed to help you create, format, and manage professional resumes locally on your device.

Offline Nature: You acknowledge that the App functions primarily offline. Resume data, photos, and signatures are stored strictly on your device's local database. If you uninstall the App or clear its data without generating a final file, your saved resume data will be permanently lost. Ajitha is not responsible for any data loss.

Export/Backup: You are responsible for exporting, saving, and managing any generated resume files (PDFs) on your device storage or external cloud drives.

3. Premium Features and Advertising

Avan Resume offers premium templates that can be unlocked by viewing Rewarded Video Ads.

These advertisements are provided by a third-party service (Google AdMob) and require an active internet connection.

We are not liable if an ad fails to load or if a premium template cannot be unlocked due to network connectivity issues, ad blocker interference, or third-party ad inventory limitations.

4. Intellectual Property

The App itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, resume template designs, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Ajitha. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You retain full ownership of the personal text, data, and images you input into the app.

5. Changes to This Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the App, and any service or material we provide on the App, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the App is unavailable at any time or for any period.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ajitha be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of employment opportunities, or formatting rendering issues across external PDF viewers or printers, resulting from your use of the Application.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
